Fantastic experience at a conveniently located hotel
room upgradeconvenient location
The staff offered friendly assistance and detailed explanations of local attractions on a map. I received a room upgrade and a sweet treat in celebration of my honeymoon. The hotel's proximity to Metro lines 12 proved convenient, with access to various parts of the city. The short walk to Metro line 6 was also nice.

The room provided coffee and tea making facilities for convenience. Water was also supplied each day. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided by L'Occitane, so that was a nice touch. The air freshener provided a pleasant environment when entering the room.

The location is ideal as it is right in front of a Metro station enabling very easy mobility around the city. Walking to the Eiffel Tower took barely 15 minutes making it an enjoyable experience. Secure parking close to the hotel was available.

The front office staff were notably friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards. The staff was super nice and helpful which I appreciated. Magic was the best receptionist.

adequate, but some drawbacks
poor soundproofingfaulty air conditioning
I encountered a couple of issues . the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it, it remained uncomfortably warm in the room (this was during a heatwave, so it was quite noticeable). also, the soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations and street noise clearly, disrupting my sleep. i expected better for the price.

The location provided easy access to the metro. It was convenient for travel.
I found the room dimensions surprisingly compact. It was difficult to maneuver with luggage. there was also noticeable noise from the metro, and it somewhat disrupted the quiet i anticipated. this made relaxing in the room harder than i liked.

The staff were helpful with directions. They also stored my luggage after checkout. My room was clean each day. Fresh towels were always available. I found the complimentary coffee station in the lobby very convenient. The hotel's proximity to the metro made exploring the city easy.
The elevator was a bit slow at times during peak hours.

i found my stay to be excellent. the location proved convenient with a metro station just across the street. this made getting around very easy. the staff displayed really good helpfulness. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of my room. it was super clean upon arrival and kept that way throughout my stay.
the room was somewhat small, limiting space for luggage.

the room was super clean with a cute french balcony (i enjoyed my morning coffee there!). the lamp with wireless charger and speakers was a really cool touch. i appreciated the comfortable beds after long days. breakfast had a great variety including omelets, smoked salmon, and pastries.
the elevator was slightly slow at peak times, though the stairs were always an option.
